Account Manager, Premium Sales And Service

Primary Objective

We are looking for a driven, team-oriented and experienced sales professional to join our Premium Sales and Service team.

The Account Manager, Premium Sales and Service is directly responsible for achieving revenue goals in the areas of new sales and within an assigned account base of existing Suite and Premium Accounts with a focus on renewals and retention, referrals and upgrades.

Reports to: Senior Director of Premium Experience

Essential Functions

• Maintain detailed client information and sales pipeline in CRM
• Generate premium revenue by prospecting, appointment setting, preparing/delivering presentations and closing sales
• Meet or exceed established revenue sales goals for new business and renewals
• Deliver a best in class experience to client base and guests at Canadian Tire Centre
• Create and foster strong relationships with clients and prospects through personal interactions including pro-active communication, in-game visits, networking events and out of office meetings

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Pro-active approach to customer care and passionate about relationships
• Bilingualism an asset
• 3 to 5 years outbound sales experience
• Professional and results oriented with a proven track record of achieving results and driving revenue
• Strong computer skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work evening, weekends and holidays
