noissue provides sustainable packaging for brands. We are headquartered in NZ with two key hubs in North America and Asia. We serve a large customer base of SMB brands, with the majority based in North America and Australasia.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our inbound sales team serving larger brands.


Role summary:


In this role, as Account Executive you will closely manage a new sales pipeline of quality inbound leads and support these opportunities through to sale to achieve your monthly and quarterly targets. You’ll have a large pipeline, with no shortage of opportunities, and you will be supported by an account management team to ensure your deals have a great experience post purchase.


You’ll need to be very comfortable in having discussions with global brands and businesses of all shapes and sizes and have the ability to understand their packaging goals and how to execute on these. You’ll have a sense of when to nurture and when to close and you’ll be involved in changing the game when it comes to sustainable packaging so you’ll naturally have a desire to learn and grow quickly.


You will be:


  • Focussed on North American and Australian customers - note: given the customer locations, you would be expected to start work at 7am NZT to ensure overlap with USA
  • Manage day-to-day conversations, tasks and follow ups to efficiently close business and keep the CRM up to date
  • Creating quotes & proposals to send to prospective customers
  • Continuously learning about new products that we release to effectively communicate the attributes and benefits to customers
  • Managing a pipeline of inbound leads from SQL through to order placed to achieve targets
  • Communicating via a mixture of both email and phone to understand the customers needs


Requirements:


  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational skills
  • Experience in working cross functionally with other teams
  • Experience in a high growth business
  • 2-3 years experience in an Account Executive/SDR or other sales focused role in a B2B environment with consistency in target attainment
  • Self-starter attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills
