The Sales Team at Bridgit


The Sales team at Bridgit is a growing and diverse team of passionate people who are focused on helping our customers solve their workforce intelligence challenges and drive revenue growth. We take a data-first approach, enabling us to identify what works and what doesn't and react quickly. We are self-driven leaders in the exciting sector of construction technology.


What you will do


As Mid-Market Account Executive, you will accelerate our GTM for Bridgit Bench. You are a relationship builder who enjoys the hunt. Closing is your game and you excel in a fast paced environment. You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by using your deep understanding of how our product can meet our customers’ needs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, customer, and business development teams to enrich sales conversations.


You Can Expect To


  • Acquire new business and expand existing relationships
  • Demonstrate and communicate the value of Bridgit Bench
  • Manage SaaS sales cycles by leveraging sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger
  • Create and execute strategic and tactical account plans for both new and existing clients
  • Use multi-channel strategies to uncover new opportunities and nurture existing ones
  • Accurately track opportunities in Salesforce
  • Contribute to conversion of prospects and proof-of-concept to multi-year subscription contracts

  • You’ve been successful because you know how to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. You are personable and persuasive without being too pushy. That’s a delicate balance!
  • Your confidence shows in how you conduct yourself. You’re engaging and not easily intimidated. You are approachable and relatable, able to influence effortlessly. You understand long and complex sales cycles and are not fazed by it.
  • You know how to leverage technology where it’s useful - Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.
  • You have a big appetite for learning.
  • 3-4 years of SaaS sales experience will help you better understand what success looks like in this role. Regardless of industry, you’ve had a taste of sales and love it! You are fueled by a natural desire to win.
