Post-Secondary Diploma in a related field an asset or relative equal work experience in a related field.

Working knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;

2-year Community College diploma with 7 to 10 years related work experience or equivalent.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
