Technical hands-on working experience / working knowledge of following technologies:

7-10 years of technical working experience in Consulting or Corporate Systems Development environments or equivalent

Expert knowledge of web-based information technology principles, System Integration, Methodologies and Standards / Metrics.

Extensive experience in creating full stack solutions (Frontend and Backend)

Experience in designing solutions using Micro services architecture, design patterns and frameworks

Experience with Cloud based environments, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment Tools such as Jenkins, Sonar Queue, etc.

Assist management in making technology decisions by weighing in on risk and ROI

Collaborate with Product Management, Domain Architects and Lead Engineer to bring projects from concept to implementation.

Well experienced in the Retail/Supply chain industry, familiar with application systems and business practices in this realm

Experience solutioning end-to-end full-stack applications, integration of SaaS and PaaS systems

Experience building technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years.

Experience in vendor evaluation and scoring of new technologies/tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Collaborate with various teams, such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.

Regular touch base sessions with internal stakeholders to remain current on TELUS’ technology offerings

3+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies

Experience leading and facilitating: workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers

Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective

Be an advocate for the customer by leveraging the appropriate resources within TELUS and our partners

Highly organized: you can handle ambiguous ideas and help drive the team to a concrete plan

Expert knowledge of AWS/Azure Services: AzDO, Azure App Services, SQL-Managed, EC2, CloudFormation.

Degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). An equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.

10+ years of development/architecture experience on cloud.

Experience in architecting complex solutions (large-scale, multi-region, HA, 10K+ concurrent users, mission-critical application systems) involving various cloud computing technologies.

Working experience architecting and implementing diverse cloud solutions.

Experience with Micro-Service Architecture, Kubernetes and Containers solutions, Multi-region API and Messaging Solutions.

Working knowledge on and experience with agile management concepts, practices, and deliverables

Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Including Health Cloud.

Performs analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, identifying technical specifications and translating these into technical architectural system designs and occasionally prototypes.

Recommend architectural solutions that satisfy technical/functional requirements and align with the enterprise architecture strategy.

Perform gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and the client’s requirements.

General knowledge of health information standards.

Design and architect end-to-end solutions for automating incident management processes.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, Nifi, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, and Gitlab CICD.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather product requirements.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong background in Legacy Voice Network systems (DMS, RCU, DMS1U, etc.).
