Working knowledge on and experience with agile management concepts, practices, and deliverables

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, Nifi, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, and Gitlab CICD.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather product requirements.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong background in Legacy Voice Network systems (DMS, RCU, DMS1U, etc.).

Experience in designing solutions using Micro services architecture, design patterns and frameworks

Experience with Cloud based environments, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment Tools such as Jenkins, Sonar Queue, etc.

Support product management and the Blackbird solutions delivery team

Define specifications according to which solutions are defined, managed, and delivered

Advocate for Blackbird's solutions, providing tailored recommendations and strategies to meet client requirements

7+ years of solutions architecting experience in the language industry

Presentation and public speaking skills

Experience with nocode/lowcode technologies, automation and iPaaS

Foster dissemination and maturity of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and DevOps best practices

Broad understanding of I.S. practices and technologies, including PMLC, SDLC, infrastructure and application design, development tools, support, project and process management

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Collaborate with various teams, such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.

Regular touch base sessions with internal stakeholders to remain current on TELUS’ technology offerings

3+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies

Experience leading and facilitating: workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers

Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective

Be an advocate for the customer by leveraging the appropriate resources within TELUS and our partners

Highly organized: you can handle ambiguous ideas and help drive the team to a concrete plan

Experience in environments running multiple platforms is considered an asset
