Job Description

🚀 Join our team as a Solution Architect with Legacy Voice Experience and lead the automation of incident management processes in the Legacy Voice Network! We are seeking an experienced professional who can architect and implement effective solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


📋 Project Description:

As a Solution Architect, you will spearhead the automation of incident management processes and tools within the Legacy Voice Network. This includes transforming alarms into tickets and dispatches, as well as automating the entire incident lifecycle (closure, resolution validation, re-dispatching, etc.).


🏆 Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
  • Working with legacy voice systems (DMS, RCU, DMS1u)
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate Python, Nifi, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, and Gitlab CICD into the existing infrastructure.
  • Engage with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods and set realistic timelines.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions for automating incident management processes.
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to defining product vision and strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of automation initiatives and ensure seamless operations.


💼 Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong background in Legacy Voice Network systems (DMS, RCU, DMS1U, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, Nifi, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, and Gitlab CICD.
