Job Title: CAN | Solution Enterprise Architect – Dynamics 365
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Calgary, AB
The Solution Architect is responsible for developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 Field
Service as well as for assisting clients in the implementation and support of other Dynamics 365 CRM
solutions. He/she will provide functional and technical knowledge and manage client relationships
within context of individual role.
Responsibilities
· Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Field Service and other CE first partly applications (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
· Work with clients and Capgemini project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design; run detailed design/requirements meetings and showcases to understand clients’ business requirements and conduct gap analysis
· Convert requirements into a Solution Blueprint
· Guide the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules including hands-on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application
· Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test completed solutions
· Generate user and technical documentation
· Train end users and system administrators
· Generation of subsequent Statements of Work (SOW’s) as appropriate
· Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices
· Provide customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery that’s on-budget, achieving quality results
· Creation and delivery of content for both internal and external training, communication and marketing.
· Represent Capgemini at promotional and educational events
Qualifications
· 5+ years' Dynamics 365 CRM implementations experience
· 3+ years' experience of Field Service module experience required. Hands on implementation experience of Resource Scheduling Optimization module
· Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
· Minimum 10 years of industry and/or consulting experience
· Demonstrated expertise in at least one module of the Dynamics 365
· Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
· Excellent and effective communication skills in all mediums (written, verbal) and to all levels within the organization
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
· D365 Field Service certification preferred"
