Undergraduate degree with over 8 years of relevant work experience

Substantial knowledge in a complex field as well as of broader related areas

Current certification as an X-Ray Technologist - CMRITO

Proven experience in a clinical setting.

Excellent patient care skills and high attention to detail.

Performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment.

Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Maintaining and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

One (1) to two (2) years experience in inventory or stock management in a similar position

Manage the physical and computerised inventory of the shop

Classify and digitise material certifications according to the procedures in place

Dispatch material efficiently, taking into account economic requirements

Ensuring the general order and proper filing of the shop

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related fields and/or equivalent relevant work experience

Highly developed communication and negotiation skills in written and oral form

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. MBA or Business IT strongly desired

3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally at large companies or experience with complex IT projects

Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel

Collaborating closely with Ramp-up IT Manager in the execution of the IT strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. MBA or Business IT strongly desired

The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly EXCEL.

Familiarity with ELITE 3E and online cash management banking software, an asset.

Previous experience in a similar role in a law firm is required

Detail oriented with good communication & organizational skills.

Knowledge of provincial law societies’ trust rules and regulations, an asset.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
