Uphold relationship management of the largest and technical client accounts

Exercise care, judgment and discretion involving a range of account management needs including tax, investment, administrative services and partner documentation

Anticipate, identify and interpret emerging issues, market trends and evolving regulatory requirements to apply this knowledge to serve clients' needs

Build comprehensive advice plans for clients through integrated knowledge of the Bank's other areas and strategy

Undergraduate degree with over 8 years of relevant work experience

Substantial knowledge in a complex field as well as of broader related areas

Gains an understanding and knowledge of clients’ needs to effectively create value for the client in utilizing Concentra Trust services

Responds to inquiries regarding potential estate, trust, power of attorney and agency opportunities

Meets sales volume and profitability targets as identified in defined growth strategies

Assists with presentations to internal and external audiences

Attends industry events to support business development activities and increase profile in the industry

Responds proactively to client needs and requests

Minimum of 1-year customer service experience is preferred

Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred

Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment

Check-in testing candidates, verify identification and explain the exam process

Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing

Responsible for overall client relationship management and acting as the representative of the client portfolio

Previous experience or general knowledge of estate and trust related administration

Create an exceptional client experience by providing superior service and comprehensive fiduciary solutions that meet the needs and goals of clients

2 - 4 years of related experience

Possess or working towards STEP Certification/Designation

Previous petroleum industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential
