Provide exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels.

Manage scheduling and follow up of execution on shipping /receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management, and operations systems & compliance.

Maintain Mark’s performance management expectations including progressive discipline where necessary.

Support the customer experience through timely processing and movement of inventory to the salesfloor.

Assumes responsibility for all operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store.

Create an exceptional client experience by providing superior service and comprehensive fiduciary solutions that meet client needs/goals

7–10 years of related experience

Previous experience in values-based selling

The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly EXCEL.

Familiarity with ELITE 3E and online cash management banking software, an asset.

Previous experience in a similar role in a law firm is required

Detail oriented with good communication & organizational skills.

Knowledge of provincial law societies’ trust rules and regulations, an asset.
