Knowledge of email and SMS best practices

Experience in loyalty programs and reviews programs

Work closely with the wider cross functional team including TechOps/development, finance, legal, purchasing,logistics and customer support.

Acquire and manage relationships with outside agencies and service providers as required

Use extensive hands-on experience with marketing analytics,to inform data-driven decision-making

Senior Marketing Manager, B2C eCommerce

Take ownership for the brand, content marketing and social media strategies, managing a team of 3+ marketers

Remote Work: Work remotely for the remaining two days a week, utilizing monday.com for team communication and project management.

Subscription Box Management: Oversee the end-to-end operations of our subscription box service.

Utilize extensive Shopify knowledge to enhance user experience and optimize product pages for ecommerce success.

Budget Management and monthly reporting on set KPIs

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify platform and its various features.

Manage META ads campaigns to attract and convert new customers, optimizing ad spend.

Act as a thought-leader and go-to expert on eCommerce strategy and execution, while establishing in house capabilities within the commercial organization

You are confident, organized, and competent. You have experience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing, digital media or commerce plans

At least 5 years’ experience in CPG eCommerce, digital and / or marketing

Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization

Title: eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager

Analyze customer feedback to improve user experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms

Monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign and create reports for the Marketing Manager

Shadowing Experienced Marketers: Exposure to the full cycle of our retail and digital marketing process, from ideation to execution.

Hourly salary from $15.5 - $20 based on experience
