Job Description

We need someone who can bring passion and smarts to lead and grow our e-commerce operation.

Someone who is comfortable operating at a both 50,000 foot strategic level and a roll-up-your-sleeves and do the work execution level.

You MUST have proven, hands-on experience managing a Shopify Store and working with Klaviyo and have graphic design experience. This is not a job where you manage and someone else does. Your role, should you decide this (ad)venture is for you, will be as part of the Executive Team, leading all aspects e-commerce.

You will have proven e-commerce success and experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Privy, product launches, sales development plans, onsite merchandising and strategies and much more.You will combine intuitive approaches with data-driven rigour and analysis to support continued profitable triple digit sales growth.

You will bring your unique self and all that means to play a key leadership role as we drive this vision forward.You will be comfortable creating and working with visionary strategy and can also dive deep into grunt level execution, tactics and analytics that will help achieve that strategy.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Working with other fun, committed, smart, hard-working people dedicated to achieving results in a way that integrates social value, environmental stewardship and shareholder returns
  • Developing and implementing strategies for new products
  • Planning, managing and leading email marketing, flows, onsite merchandising, etc.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies on a product, group and company wide basis
  • Working closely with the Executive leadership to identify new product opportunities and plan and execute their launch
  • Ensuring your approach combines art and data, intuitive and analytical, bringing the best of both worlds to all aspects of sales.
  • Planning, managing and leading online advertising and promotion programs
  • Managing all e-commerce sales channels and platforms including ongoing analysis, assessment, and optimization to maximize sales (including Shopify and related apps, Klaviyo, Privy, etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Strong analytical skills to develop and utilize e-commerce data.
  • Apps/Platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Privy) This is our foundation so if you don’t have it don’t apply!
  • Results driven whilst also valuing the brand story and impact
  • Able to work and play well in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Basic HTML/Coding
  • Commercially minded with an ability to understand the effects and importance of imagery in any E-Commerce site.
  • Ability to use Brand Purpose to drive revenue and growth
  • Proven ability to manage daily tasks in a time-effective and methodical manner.
  • A can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills to work with a remote, global team
  • Basic graphics/design skills & experience
