Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields and/or equivalent relevant work experience

3+ years professional experience in Financial Analysis

Communication skills- interpersonal, presentation and written

Computer savvy- skilled in the use of software

Provide Relief Management coverage for regular days off and vacation for a variety of buildings in the Toronto area.

Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
