Ensure warranty schedule is followed and red flag any outstanding suites to construction and management team.

Prepare and monitor weekly warranty reports for management to review

Schedule Décor, PDI and warranty appointments, follow up to inquire about the experience.

Prepare and distribute educational materials to purchasers

Create and oversee the distribution of educational warranty materials to purchasers

Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills

Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.

Light Transmission by UV-VIS Spectrophotometer

Five years pharmaceutical industry experience.

Leading participant in conducting process risks analysis and process hazard analysis.

Developing, maintaining, and updating the Validation Master Plan (VPM) for the overall project.

Previous experience working in an administrative role required

Experience in purchasing processes specifically within Electrical & Instrumentation (at least one year)

QBs, Create PO’s, receive PO’s update pricing.

Ensure order confirmation pricing is correct with corresponding accounts/quotes

Deal with vendors on pricing and/or shipping errors

Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are essential

Experience in purchasing merchandise, materials, components, and/or equipment

Experience ordering parts, inventory, and warehouse work

The ability to control, measure and regulate efficient stores inventory levels based on operational requirements balanced with financial consideration

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented individual that can meet regular deadlines and can manage time efficiently

Collaborate with the Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Production departments to manage their expectations.

Collaborate with the Operations team to manage Supply Chain and inventory.

2 + years of experience as a Planner or Scheduler.

Detailed knowledge of planning and purchasing utilizing MRP systems.

Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions; Good working knowledge of MS Office

Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills

Active communication with vendors and support Procurement Manager with supplier relationship management initiatives

Create POs with applicable terms and conditions following the company’s procurement and accounting practices under the direction of the Procurement Manager

Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and work with Procurement Manager to implement solutions

Increasing responsibilities and complexity of work through career

Experience in procurement material and equipment within the electrical utility industry would be considered an asset

Strong organization and time-management skills;

Post-secondary degree or diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience;

Manage processes, systems and inventories to ensure the consistent and timely purchase of products;

Could gather quotes, manage costs and negotiate pricing for desired inventory levels;

Manage product ETA’s in the ERP

Strong communication skills (both oral and written);

Able to work in a sterile environment on aseptic machines with sterile gown certification.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred.

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in English.

Strong team player with initiative and organizational skills.
