Overview People Partner is a human resources professional who is responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and managers in a variety of areas. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed, as well as providing advice and assistance on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters. Detailed Job Description People Partners are responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and managers in a variety of areas. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed, as well as providing advice and assistance on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters. People Partners are also responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives. They may also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, as well as providing training and development opportunities. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to build relationships with employees and managers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of performance management processes
• Knowledge of training and development processes
• Knowledge of employee relations processes
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Experience in providing training and development opportunities
• Experience in resolving employee relations issues
