Knowledge in the use of donations management systems/CRM (Keela) and application of social media (e.g.)

Develops and manages a portfolio of prospective donors

Manages RCMSAR cases for support for use with potential donors

Five years’ experience in fundraising or a related field

Ability to manage sponsorship and gift-giving programs

Collaborate with the Senior Director, Community Development on implementing the portfolio management system, measurement, and reporting of metrics (Salesforce).

Proficient in CRM database management (Salesforce) and Microsoft 365.

Manage a prospect pipeline to expand program reach and impact.

Prepare acquisition and stewardship resources to maximize fundraising and recognition acknowledgement opportunities.

Contribute and committed to improving workplace fundraiser and donor online experiences (CrowdChange).

3-5 years fundraising experience (event-based fundraising and/or corporate partnerships).

Knowledge in event planning and logistics management.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities to coordinate fundraising initiatives and events.

Time management and multi-tasking skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.

Attention to detail for accurate data management and record-keeping.

Help in the maintenance of accurate donor records and databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the organization's mission and engage with donors, volunteers, and community members.

Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.

Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.

Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.

Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.

Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly.

Overseeing the delivery of event management services to ensure client needs are being met

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
