Job Description
AGM Renovations provides quality renovations services throughout Canada and USA. Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent and we are currently hiring an Events Manager to work on a call basis.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Organizing and creating team schedules
  • Providing regular reports to the Company on lead generation, team performance, and any issues that arise.
  • Hiring, training, and managing a team of brand ambassadors.
  • Analyze data and feedback from events to inform future strategies and tactics for lead generation.
  • Ensuring the brand ambassadors are effectively promoting the Company's services and generating leads.
  • Additional services or amendments to the Services described above may be agreed upon between the parties.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop compelling content and ensure that presentations are engaging and relevant to the target audience.
  • Attending & organizing trade shows to generate client leads for the Company's services including but not limited to: roofing, window coverings, painting, flooring, bathroom, kitchens, and basements.
  • The Contractor will be scheduled to provide services outlined above based on “on-call” basis.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with broader company objectives.
  • Organizing, booking, and confirming events
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor selection, budgeting, logistics, and promotions.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to distribute open house posters in residential areas near the former clients' homes one week prior to the event
  • Previous sales experience is mandatory
  • Availability to work on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
