5 years experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel

Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.

Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.

Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.

Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.

Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly.

Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position

Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service, the promotion of different programs, product knowledge and current trends.

Ensure that all key financial objectives established are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction, etc.).

Schedules effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.

High school diploma or GED; experienced (1 - 2 years of experience) in the event management or related professional area.

Minimum 5 years of merchandising management/ retail buying experience

Proven people management and leadership skills

University or College degree in Merchandising Management or Fashion Marketing or equivalent filed of study;

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

3-5 years of management experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate office environment.

Combination of broad knowledge in event management, project management, and marketing.

High level of project management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

Manage the tracking, monitoring, and reporting on events and their outcomes as well as identify areas of improvement.

Manage the implementation of business partnerships with suppliers, in accordance with Invest in Canada’s contracting policies.

Manage the communication with factories and follow-up sample requirements, quotation, shipping details

Proven experience as a fashion stylist, with in-depth knowledge of fashion trends and styles

Initiate new designer/agency search, qualification, and on-boarding to FS Designer database

Exceptional writing and communication skills (internal and external).

Strong computer skills in a PC environment including MS Office (Word, Excel) Adept at learning new applications.

Strong administrative skills including the ability to organize, budget, evaluate, liaise, represent, mitigate and arbitrate.
