Working across all segments and geographies that we serve, this management role will oversee and coach a team of adoption specialists

Design, develop and track adoption metrics for Global Success Program in partnership with product management

Partnering with CSM leadership to define and drive the overall strategy, planning and program management and reporting metrics

Thorough understanding of business management, forecasting strategy and techniques

Responsible for Global Success and Adoption program in all markets that D2L serves including K-12, higher education, corporate and government globally

Excellent coordination, project management, and organizational skills

Maintain and lead enhancements of the existing Learning Management System (LMS) and reporting systems (Adobe Learning Manager)

Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in education, adult learning, or a related field

Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge and recommend training solutions

Own critical conversations across all levels of leadership and our franchisees ensuring a strong presence and influencing skills

Must have experience in training and facilitation and have a high level of capability

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of three to five years experience working in a post-secondary institution and/or public sector organization is preferred

Certification in a L&D or training & development program or related field is preferred

Certification in one or more psychometrics (e.g., DiSC) or leadership program (e.g., Situational Leadership) preferred

Expert knowledge of adult education, learning technologies, including learning management systems and/or learning content management systems, training, and staff development

Use project management skills to provide scope, definition, costing, resource allocation, and timeline projections for project implementation

Monitor and work within a technical learning management system or a learning content management system

A minimum of five years of experience working with principles of training and education

Experience and/or knowledge of regulatory environments and workers compensation systems is an asset

Your Experience And Educational Background

Expert knowledge of adult education, learning technologies, including learning management systems and/or learning content management systems, training, and staff development

Use project management skills to provide scope, definition, costing, resource allocation, and timeline projections for project implementation

A minimum of five years of experience working with principles of training and education

Your experience and educational background:

Experience starting and running a business with success, MBA or successful cross functional management experience

Background and academic certification in education

Education or work experience in political science, STEM or government or successful business leadership roles

Experience in artificial intelligence, entrepreneurial studies, business education, software development or general business working experience

3 to 10+ years private teaching/tutoring experience with high school level curriculum ideally for a UHNW family

Training or experience in Childhood Learning and/or adolescent psychology

Experience in sales, project management, and/or program management

Experience with content management and learning management systems

Gather and utilize performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the organization

Work in an industry that benefits children, parents and schools

Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement

5+ years’ experience in a learning and development, sales enablement or related position

Must have strong organizational and time management skills

Evaluate existing training programs, and partner with management team to revise or create new training programs based on business needs

A minimum of 3 years of training and development management, preferably in a retail environment

Develop training programs on identified learning needs to address the competency/skills gap of employees

Manage and maintain in-house training programs and equipment

Assist managers and trainers in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to prioritize business requirements appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach

Influence the selection of learning and development service providers and manage vendor relations

Manage and optimize existing SuccessFactors Talent modules, through design, reporting, data analytics and insights to enhance decision-making

5-7 years of experience in developing and designing leadership, learning and development programs, supporting organizational development, or a similar program area

Experience effectively analyzing talent data to develop valuable organizational and people insights.

Experience implementing performance and/or career planning modules in SuccessFactors or another enterprise platform

Ongoing programming development and management

International partnership development and relationship management

Oversee the creation and implementation of course and certification systems

Successful track record of leading groups, ideally with strong experience in the non-profit and/or amateur sport world

Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships from grassroots to senior executive level

Passion for the sport of curling is an asset, but not a requirement
