Knowledge of adult education principles and approaches to curriculum development for both in- person sessions and virtual training platforms.

Knowledge of the health system, nursing and nursing issues, nursing systems and nursing sectors, including service and academia.

Experience in and a high level of confidence with speaking publicly, presenting and teaching.

Integrate messaging with internal communications, owned media, marketing and brand management.

Experience in higher education is preferred.
