Director Job Description A director is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing the operations of a business or organization. Directors are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring that the organization meets its goals and objectives. Directors are also responsible for managing the organization's resources, including personnel, finances, and technology. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in a leadership role.
