Pioneers Canada is a Christ-centered, interdenominational missions organization with a passion to send cross-cultural missionaries into regions where few people have ever had the opportunity to hear of Jesus and we are seeking an individual who is passionate for the gospel and has proven leadership ability to fill the position of Mobilization Director. This individual must be a follower of Jesus Christ who is in wholehearted alignment with Pioneers’ Values and Beliefs (https://pioneers.ca/About-Us-1019).
The primary goal of this role is to lead the Mobilization Team in the development and implementation of strategies to connect with and inspire new missionaries to carry the good news of Jesus to those who have never heard of Him.This is a full-time, in-person position based at our home office. Support-raising is required and assistance in this process will be provided. Health benefits are also provided.

Responsibilities
- Representing Pioneers at events as well as to the Canadian church
- This individual must be available to travel both within and outside of Canada.
- Determining strategies that enhance recruitment of missionaries, faithfully overseeing the processes to guide missionary candidates toward field service
- Development, oversight, and direction of the Mobilization Team
Qualifications
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
- Previous missions experience (preferred)
