We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Information Risk Management for SOX and CAP Management to join our team. This individual will be responsible for owning the creation, execution, and closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) across the organization and will also collaborate with senior leadership, AS and IRM teams to ensure that all CAPs are closed in a timely and effective manner. The individual will act as the IT SOX Lead for ETS segment. This requires a strong understanding of SOX controls and Third Party Risk Assessments. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as experience with risk and control and audit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle external audit engagements (SOX, Client exams, OSFI).
  • Collaborate with both senior leadership, L3/L2 teams to ensure CAPs are written in a concise and achievable manner, and are closed on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Report key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date status for each CAP in Archer, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to all team members.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk and control or audit.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies is a plus.
  • CRISC, CISA, PMP considered a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$105,070.00 CAD - $195,130.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
