Manage journal entries and review of general ledger accounts and ensure compliance and accuracy.

Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to the finance team.

Consolidation of Company’s financial results and manage financial close processes.

Work with the dealership management team; provide insights and feedback to ensure exceptional financial results while minimizing risk and exposure.

Champion cash management processes and systems to ensure strong liquidity.

**Automotive and Dealership Finance/Accounting experience preferred**

Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as lending institutions, external accountants, taxation authorities and others.

Develop, maintain, manage and analyze financial statements, payroll, budgets and tax compliance issues

Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting packages and manage year-end reporting processes.

Prepare month end procedures for hotel and Management Company including journal entries and reconciliations to HMS.

Deliver precise and comprehensive full-cycle accounting, financial reports, and analyses to the Director of Finance on a timely basis.
