Financial Controller Jobs

Our client is a family owned Canadian organization with over 50 years of proven experience in the commercial HVAC industry. They have offices across Canada, US, and Europe and have a strong reputation across the industry. They are continuing to grow and actively looking for a Financial Controller to join the organization out of their Vancouver office located in Surrey, B.C.

Role: Financial Controller

• Conducting Foreign currency transactions, statistical reporting of key performance indicators, preparing year end audit working papers and schedules, and budget preparation and analysis.
• Identifying and implementing efficiencies to the organization’s overall financial administration
• Liaising between branches and head office for all financial related issues
• Preparing financial statements and financial analysis for the business

About You

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset
• Effective communicator and organization skills
• CPA Designation
• 3-5 years with relevant financial experience - Controller experience and FP&A experience is preferred
• Proficient with Excel and Concur
