Minimum of three years Experience conducting research in education, educational technology, learner/customer satisfaction, and learner outcomes.

Incorporate tools from learning experience, user experience, and human interface research.

Disseminate approaches and findings in learner experience at conferences where feasible.

Post graduate degree (Ex. Masters) or equivalent in Education, Psychology, Sociology with an emphasis on technology enabled learning.

Utilizes and maintains case management software to compile data and statistics, provides regular reports, informs program development.

Coordination and Administration – Wellness and Disability Management

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, or related role.

Supports development and maintenance of OHS programs.

Supports training initiatives including conducting research, providing content, supporting delivery, compliance efforts and calendar planning.
