Will have experience SAP Employee Central SuccessFactors. Sodales labour relations experience is also a benefit.

Must be comfortable with highly complex solutions. Experience with cloud ERPs a benefit.

3 + years of relevant QA experience.

Experience working independently while supporting QA and other project leads.

Knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices and processes.

Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.

Analyse requirements and Execute tests, document testing requirements and processes for all applications to ensure QA policies and standards are met.

6-10 years’ experience in an IT Quality role. Ability to work independently or within groups on projects assigned

Strong understanding and hands-on experience on Selenium, Webdriver / WebdriverIO.

Strong understanding of Database concepts. Knowledge of Mongo DB is a plus.

Ensures all corrective actions are assigned, documented and completed.

Creating Test cases, Test Scripts and Test Execution.

Contract management, disputes and/or asset management.

Associate: 4+ years of relevant work experience in an infrastructure related field; with relevant experiences across one or more of:

Financial analysis and modeling, and/or consideration of economic costs and benefits

Strong analytical skills and capability to provide quality deliverables with an attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for a range of audiences

Working knowledge of accounting concepts and principles (CPA not required)

Experience with manual testing of new features following best QA practices

5+ years of quality assurance experience

Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks

This role is focussed on the Manual testing component of the QA process

Advise Project Manager regarding overall quality of project and identify outstanding issues through established project management protocols.

Work with the project/program manager to align projects by looking for overlap in testing resource requirements across projects.

Manage the design, specification, and execution of tests, including ensuring that test design accounts for risk and selecting the test types.

Review test results, walkthrough presentation prior to delivery of the project to ensure the requirements have been met.

Knowledge of testing tools is an asset.

Works with business users, system administrators and project managers to provide accurate test cost estimates for projects/solutions.

Proficient in test management tools, preferably HP Quality Centre

Define technical requirements (software, hardware, peripherals) for test lab environment.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies

Experience testing with a variety of technologies, including (but not limited to): AS/400, PowerBuilder, .NET, XML, HL7, Java, client/server

Relevant knowledge of emerging technology

Relevant knowledge of merchandising and store systems

University degree or college diploma in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years’ experience in an industrial shop maintenance, or operational environment in a data management intensive role

Strong background in asset management and knowledge of asset management principles is considered an asset

Supports department in development of Asset Management Plans as well as budgeting and other financial analyses

Other duties as assigned by department as it relates to Asset Management

Excellent financial literacy, knowledge of capital planning, and business case requirements

Support the development and optimization of IT infrastructure and internal processes in local and remote environments with Project Management Teams

Manage, coordinate, and communicate status for incidents and problems from inception to resolution, including root cause analysis

Participate in the annual audit to meet compliance and regulatory requirements

Monitor and report on network and system performance and bandwidth requirements and provide proactive solutions for improvements and problems

Post-secondary education in a related field such as a Degree in Computer Science

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing tools, processes, and methodologies, including Agile development and DevOps

2-5 years of testing experience in a QA environment , with a focus on test automation

Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with software developers and other quality assurance testers .

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.

Work closely with software developers and other quality assurance testers to develop and execute test automation strategies.
