As a Web Designer at Leasey.AI, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress and Squarespace. Your primary focus will be on designing and coding websites that effectively convey our brand message and meet our client's requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about web design and wants to contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

• Customize themes and templates to achieve desired visual and functional outcomes
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and updates as needed
• Incorporate responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience on various devices
• Create website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using industry-standard design tools
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and search engine visibility
• Implement designs using WordPress and Squarespace, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate custom functionality and features into websites
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and coding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design visually compelling websites that align with brand guidelines
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for web design
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
• Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
• Proficiency in WordPress and Squarespace design and coding
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience working with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
