WEB DESIGN/DIGITAL BRANDING INTERN

Internship Description:

Are you passionate about web design, digital branding, and using your creative skills to drive positive change? Do you want to make a meaningful impact while gaining hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Web Designing/Digital Branding Intern for the Fall/Winter.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our branding team, Copywriting Matters to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with our digital branding team Copywriting Matters to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs and social media platforms that align with our mission and values.
• Assist in crafting engaging graphics, banners, and multimedia elements for our website and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain web and social media content to ensure it reflects the latest news, events, and initiatives of Support Black Charities.
• Conduct research to stay updated on web design trends and user experience best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects to enhance our digital presence.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including digital flyers and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in web design tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team projects.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong passion for web design, digital branding, and creating visually appealing online experiences.
