What Will You Accomplish?

• Design visually appealing and user-centered layouts for our website and web app using tools like Figma (required), or Adobe
• Work closely with developers to implement designs
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand identity and enhance user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for web interfaces, understanding user needs and business goals

What Are We Looking For?

Your academics and professional experience:

• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
• Currently studying or a fresh graduate (graduated in the past 3 years) with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing your best design work
• 0 to 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a web development environment
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Photoshop

Your attitude, interpersonal, and communication skills:

• Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong attention to detail
• Is patient, approachable, willing to support, and able to reflect on others’ needs and requests
• Open to feedback and able to iterate on designs as needed
