Position Summary:
The iShift Warehouse Management (WHM) & Plan to Manufacture (P2M) Functional Expert is the technico-functional referent for the domain.
Reporting to the COE WHM manager, but located in Toronto, the WHM and P2M functional expert mission consists in supporting on a daily basis site’s end users on the usage of the solution:

• Support AMS partners on Change Request analysis and be the intermediate between AMS team and COE.
• Ensure corrective maintenance on the site incidents.
• Propose improvements to better stabilize the solution and increase efficiency.
• Participate to transverse missions: Master Data Management, User Access Management, Audits preparation.
• Provide assistance and consulting towards end users.
• Ensure all enhancements and change requests implemented on site are compliant with the Core solution.
• Monitor interfaces.

Eventually, the expert will be involved to COE business value and Core solution deploy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sanofi is engaging into a review program for harmonization of its current processes: Finance and Controlling, SBS, Trade, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, etc. The iShift project is the Digital implementation of these Business Core Models into a Global ERP also considering the corresponding interfaces with the Back-Office and satellite tools…
The iShift WHM Warehouse Management & P2M Plan to Manufacture

• CORE competencies:
• Strong capability to impact and influence, negotiation skills and conflict management.
• Understanding of WHM and P2M business processes and SANOFI iSHIFT CORE solution.
• Fluent in English.
• General knowledge on ERP architectures and integration/interface technologies (qRFC, …).
• Ability to challenge process and practices, open minded and active listening.
• Change management skills.
• Service/Customer mindset.
• Skills to read ABAP code would be a plus.

Key Requirements:

• Good organizational skills, ability to manage autonomously priorities and to report actively on progress & status.
• Experience in Life science would be a plus.
• Master degree or equivalent.
• Participation to SAP roll out or application maintenance activities.
• Good communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with business users & Digital partners.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position.
• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4 PP & EWM, other modules will be a plus.
• +1 to 3 years work experience on SAP environment on supply chain modules (EWM, PP, MM, SD).
• Analytical and summarization skills.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
• Academic background: Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering, Business school or similar areas

Main Interfaces/Relationships:

• Internal: iShift Service Line organization, iShift Solution Delivery and Business Enablement team members and leadership, Local Digital community, Local iShift Business Key Users, Digital Quality and Compliance Expert, Business Quality, levels of support defined at country level for solving incidents and implementing enhancements after Stabilization period of each roll-out.
• External: AMS Partner.
