Skills Required:

• Relevant experience in end to end Institutional KYC experience from international bank (Domestic KYC/Transaction monitoring/Payment experience is not considered for the role)

• In depth Knowledge and understanding of KYC process and documents

• Familiarity with Global regulatory requirements around KYC, FATCA, DFA, EMIR, ASIC across diverse entity types

• Knowledge of Research Techniques like Company websites, Stock Exchange, Regulatory bodies

• Proficient in keyboard skills & good working knowledge in excel is a must

• Able to understand the E2E KYC requirements for documentation

• Adaptability to learn new processes, concepts and skills and an eye for detail

• Should have hands on experience on AML / KYC tools such as World Check, Lexis Nexis, Bankers Almanac, Negative News Searches, OFAC search, Factiva, RDC , SEC , FINRA , One source, PI Navigator, Orbis and other like sites and services

• Good knowledge of capital markets and Regulatory Requirements would be added advantage

• Good communications & interpersonal skills

• Good comprehension & analytical skills

• Proficient in keyboard skills & good working knowledge in the internet is a must

• Adaptability to learn new processes, concepts and skills and an eye for detail

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC Review as per defined procedures

• Source documents, perform screening, knowledge on sanction and reach business

• Respond to business and compliance queries

• Liase with internal and Client teams to get discrepancies around a case is clarified

• Prepare and publish MIS reports

• Liaising with Client Managers/Business/SME's to solve queries and discrepancies related to the process.
