Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements by conducting workshops in co-ordination with cross-function organizations.

5+ years of relevant working experience

3+ years of functional analysis or process modeling experience

Ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and negotiate on the requirements and timeline when needed

Good modeling, analytical, conceptual and communication skills

Develop, implement, and document PeopleSoft functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications.

ERP Functional Analyst (Level 3) - PeopleSoft.

Public sector client occasionally visits client sites in Ottawa.

Advanced knowledge of broad scope of computerized Business Systems such as PeopleSoft, Kronos, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (HRCM).

Advanced knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases and strong Structured Query language (SQL) skills.

Knowledge and experience working with complex computer based business and data systems, data integrity process check and internal controls.

Extensive experience with complex Business systems, project planning and control are essential.

Strong computer and financial business systems skills including demonstrated ability to productively use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications.

Customer focused with an ability to facilitate and encourage co-operation among diverse groups and skillsets.

Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills.

Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management

Manage requirements scope via established change control processes.

Excellent skills gathering technical requirements, processes, workflows, and conducting analysis in a healthcare setting.

Specific Qualifications Or Experience Required

Develop plans for defining requirements, complete with approach, stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables.

Produce detailed configuration specifications and/or functional design specifications that meet business requirements and align with the solution architecture;

Any other combination of training and experience will be considered;

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in this role or a similar role;

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and SAP;

Excellent oral and written skills in French and English;

Lead the projects initiation in collaboration with key IT stakeholders and project managers

• Experience with foreign custodian Corporate Action processes and procedure (CDS, BNP, HSBC, Clearstream, Euroclear)

• Experience into Lending Servicing Operations

Graduate (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce)

• Process Bilateral/Syndicate (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loans Servicing transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy

• Proficient in keyboard skills & good working knowledge in excel is a must

• Good knowledge of capital markets and Regulatory Requirements would be added advantage

• Proficient in keyboard skills & good working knowledge in the internet is a must

• In depth Knowledge and understanding of KYC process and documents

• Familiarity with Global regulatory requirements around KYC, FATCA, DFA, EMIR, ASIC across diverse entity types

• Knowledge of Research Techniques like Company websites, Stock Exchange, Regulatory bodies

• Unix/Linux hands on experience with knowledge of day to day commands

• 5 or more years of professional experience as an Functional Support Analyst and/or similar role

• Experience in Banking / Financial sector

• Kondor+ or Front Office System experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Database skills (Sybase, MS SQL)

• Scripting experience (Shell, powershell, …_)
