Your responsibilities

• Work with Solution Architects to explain to businesses the best solution path for delivery and the associated cost.
• Supports the Run Organization in the incident and problem resolution when functional verification is required, as well as tracking the daily status via SCRUM calls.
• Perform functional assessments for new demands, specifically surrounding the effort and backlog required for deliveries.
• Interface with ABB business areas across the Americas (US, CA, MX) with the help of the Domain Delivery Manager and our Business.
• Works with various Business and IS stakeholders to design effective solutions that drive business value and ensures stakeholder alignment for the domain’s solution approach.
• Understands the related business processes in detail and applies this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities.
• Reports progress to end users, colleagues and management alike.
• Translates requirements from projects and changes into technical specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
• Identify and escalate issues, risks, or concerns to the Domain Delivery Manager with the appropriate discernment/notice.
• Manages project budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs. Participates in the definition of costs and schedules.
• Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.
• Navigate conversations with stakeholders regularly, with an emphasis on integrity and honesty when it comes to delivery/cost commitments.
• Lead daily scrum calls with the delivery team to ensure tasks are on track.
• Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).
• Directives and ABB Group Guidelines, especially ABB IS Guidelines and Directive, that deal with IS service delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Engagement Manager to drive further value to the business through analytics projects.
• Keeps up-to-date and informed of ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and ABB IS Strategy planned or ad-hoc changes. Stays abreast of any incident, change or project. which has or might have a major impact on the relevant part of the service.
• Collaborates with IS Service Managers, Business Process Specialist, IS Business Engagement Manager, IS Service Managers and IS Application Owner to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases.
• Train users on our reports to ensure proper usage & action can be followed through to optimize the impact of our reports.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business effectively & accurately, ensuring proper testing is completed & approved.
• Creates and maintains Functional & Technical requirements documentation.
• Ensures work in the delivery domain is compliant with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture, the ABB IS Application Roadmap and any other applicable ABB Group.
• Maintains a view of upcoming demand within the services in scope.
• Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projects to the IS Delivery Manager.

Your background

• SAFe Agile PO/PM Certified.
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Ability to identify/diagnose problems that are not clearly outlined.
• Experience building dashboards in PowerBI.
• PowerBI m query language skills.
• Situational awareness & ability to pick things up quickly with little guidance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in leading people who do not report directly.
• Experience in translating business requirements into IS capabilities and solutions.
• Technical skills and applied knowledge in SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP modules.
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Experience in translating business requirements into IS capabilities and solutions.
• SQL Programming Language.
• SAP BW, BPC Knowledge.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• 4 Year degree certificate or similar/equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts & requirements.
• Experience with user acceptance testing process (hands-on or theoretical).
• Experience in identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams.
• Experience with Snowflake Datawarehouse.
• Highly skilled in SQL and Python programing for data cleansing, consolidation, and table creation for dashboarding.
• Experience working on SAP BW for functional gathering and query use for dashboarding.
