4.5+ years of experience with Telephony Vendor systems and processes

Experience in translating business requirements into IS capabilities and solutions.

Reports progress to end users, colleagues and management alike.

Requirements gathering and documentation experience.

Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts & requirements.

Technical skills and applied knowledge in SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP modules.

Translates requirements from projects and changes into technical specifications for internal and external delivery parties.

• Strong planning, conceptual, analytical, research and project management skills.

• Previous experience in an Organizational Change Management role within the health sector is required.

• A conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and consulting skills.

• Current knowledge of emerging methods, procedures, tools, technology and techniques within the industry.

• A change agent and is not threatened or intimidated by change and uncertainty.

• Able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities.

Track record of Good Customer Service Experience

Other IS Skills would be an asset

Good command of the English Language both Written & Verbal

French Verbal is an asset

Programming Language (Possibly .Net with C#, Java or other Languages)

Relevance experience of external vendor management

Experience with data management and presentation tools (eg Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, social collaboration software, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

University degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Sciences or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2 years of progressive work experience within a communications and marketing function

Experience with data management tools like Adobe Analytics, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.

· Translate complex CGID business and ETL rules into simple business terms.
