Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements by conducting workshops in co-ordination with cross-function organizations.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements.

Configuration of applications functionality for any requirement/enhancement.

Support the information systems and operate according to internal standards, external accrediting agency standards and legal requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or business analysis with capabilities in defining and understanding functional solutions, or equivalent experience

Actively participate and lead requirements gathering workshops as input for identifying the various business needs and necessary automation initiatives

5+ years of relevant working experience

3+ years of functional analysis or process modeling experience

Ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and negotiate on the requirements and timeline when needed

Good modeling, analytical, conceptual and communication skills

Proficient in using tools and techniques for process modeling and requirement management.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and analyze functional requirements for our SaaS platform.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Solid experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Create clear and concise documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Develop, implement, and document PeopleSoft functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications.

ERP Functional Analyst (Level 3) - PeopleSoft.

Public sector client occasionally visits client sites in Ottawa.

Advanced knowledge of broad scope of computerized Business Systems such as PeopleSoft, Kronos, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (HRCM).

Advanced knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases and strong Structured Query language (SQL) skills.

Knowledge and experience working with complex computer based business and data systems, data integrity process check and internal controls.

Extensive experience with complex Business systems, project planning and control are essential.

Strong computer and financial business systems skills including demonstrated ability to productively use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications.

Customer focused with an ability to facilitate and encourage co-operation among diverse groups and skillsets.

Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills.

Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management

Manage requirements scope via established change control processes.

Excellent skills gathering technical requirements, processes, workflows, and conducting analysis in a healthcare setting.

Specific Qualifications Or Experience Required

Develop plans for defining requirements, complete with approach, stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables.

Produce detailed configuration specifications and/or functional design specifications that meet business requirements and align with the solution architecture;

Any other combination of training and experience will be considered;

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in this role or a similar role;

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and SAP;

Excellent oral and written skills in French and English;

Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Post-secondary education preferably in Information Technology or related field, with 1-2 years of SaaS support experience

Experience with Knowledge-Centre Support (KCS)

Stay abreast of new features, tools and functionalities to maintain product expertise and assist with upskilling of support peers.

Contributing to and helping maintain knowledge base tool

Experience providing end user technical support in a team environment;

Experience with computer applications through different stages of the application life cycles

Experience installing and maintaining computer software, hardware, and related computing environments;

Modeling Interpersonal Skills and Personal Responsibility

Post-secondary coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field;

Experience delivering solutions through using a Kanban approach with appropriate backlog management and backlog grooming

Five years’ experience with Agile solution delivery tools, techniques, and methodology. Certification an asset.

Five years business analysis experience and having developed strong business analysis skills

Nice to have experience or certification with: M365, Nintex forms & workflows, InfoPath forms, Plumsail.

Knowledge transfer to other team members.

Three years experience building solutions with Power Platform (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate).

Must-Have: Experience in SAP Treasury (including bank communication) for Canada and US: EBS, Liquidity forecast, FSCM treasury et Cash management
