Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to SaaS and functional analysis.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements and facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and analyze functional requirements for our SaaS platform.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and usability of the SaaS platform, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
• Conduct system testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the successful delivery of functional requirements.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand user needs, business processes, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in using tools and techniques for process modeling and requirement management.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS concepts, workflows, and business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in the gaming industry or with gaming-related products or services.
• Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
