Technical/Techno-Functional Understanding: Minimum 5 7 years experience in Oracle EBS Suite R12. Experience in development of RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions & Extensions) Deep Technical/Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Application, with hands on experience in P2P and O2C modules. Proficient in using Oracle EBS Suite Tools (SQL Developer, Reports Builder, Forms Builder, XML publisher, Workflow Builder) Understands the implementation life-cycle and is comfortable performing at every step within it (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support). Experience in at-least one end-to-end implementation project of P2P or O2C modules in Oracle EBS R12. Create Test plans. Produce business requirements and technical specification documentation for development/enhancement. Problem Solving Identifies critical issues with ease. Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of business practices when solving business problems. Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing practices and Business Partner mindsets. Demonstrates initiative in conducting research into areas to obtain additional knowledge and/or skills to resolve an issue. For example, comfortable utilizing Oracle Meta-link website to review white papers, best practices guides, etc. Analysis and Solution Definition Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of Business Partner's organization. Identifies Business Partner organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for Business Partner engagements. Technical Recommendation and Testing Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Works with Business Partner personnel to identify required changes. Communicate
