Manager, Qa And Support

• Direct the quality assurance, the integration and the support of the applications that are part of his sphere of activity;
• Ensure a daily support on the applications delivered to the users;
• If need be, ensure a follow-up with the various suppliers (internal or external) in case of recurrent problems.
• Set up and ensure follow-up of the quality assurance, support, and integration processes;
• Manage an in-house team;
• Link up with the development managers of his sphere of activity in order to ensure follow-up of all needed corrective measures related to application problems;
• Confirm that the developed and delivered applications are in conformity with the expectations and do not contain errors;
• Ensure the certification of all the applications developments and deliveries of his sphere of activity;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Web technologies;
• 10 years of experience in IT, including 3 years in team supervision;
• Experience in application support and quality assurance;
• Sense of responsibility, dynamic and well organized;
• Highly customer oriented; great teamwork spirit;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT;
• Bilingual (spoken, written).
