Saas Data Analyst Jobs

5 or more years of proven experience as an Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong communication skills (written, verbal). Fluent in French OR English, ideally both.

Knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Experience using advanced online survey software and form-centric applications.

Proficient in using tools and techniques for process modeling and requirement management.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and analyze functional requirements for our SaaS platform.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Solid experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Create clear and concise documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Must Have- Need profiles with CRM, Cloud & experience with Case Management

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position FlashIntel's products in the market.

Proven experience as a successful sales representative or reseller, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compile detailed reports for management with commentary

Manage KPIs development, enhancement and reporting

Previous experience in SaaS industry

Experience with financial modelling and visualization

Experience with NetSuite a strong asset
