Saas Business Analyst Jobs

Offer product training to customers' employees, both in-person and remotely (AnyDesk)

Identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements

Experience with remote-based product demonstrations is highly preferred

Be viewed as an industry expert on products and solutions offerings

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cold-calling and developing new business(within 5 years)

Proficient in computer skills and able to quickly learn and utilize web-based and mobile apps

Collaborate with stakeholders (both internal and external) to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable specifications.

Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and objectives.

5 or more years of proven experience as an Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong communication skills (written, verbal). Fluent in French OR English, ideally both.

Knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Experience using advanced online survey software and form-centric applications.

Proficient in using tools and techniques for process modeling and requirement management.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and analyze functional requirements for our SaaS platform.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Solid experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Create clear and concise documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Must Have- Need profiles with CRM, Cloud & experience with Case Management
