Experience with NX Unigraphics or similar CAD software

Implement accounting activities, including assessing regulatory compliance requirements, as well as overseeing and evaluating outsourced administrative management.

Coordinate the multidisciplinary team’s activities (legal affairs and secretariat, taxation, operations, risk, investment) in project management mode.

Develop and prepare documentation, communication tools and executive summaries related to the team’s risk management activities.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Good business acumen and risk management

Identify, assess and manage the structure’s risks and operational complexities in collaboration with other sectors.

Experience in preparing technical specifications would be an asset.

Hydropower, dams and hydraulic structure projects experience as an asset.

Strong organizational and technical skills.

Experience in MicroStation is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Develop deliverables for concept studies through to detailed design and construction, including:

Strong capability to impact and influence, negotiation skills and conflict management.

Participate to transverse missions: Master Data Management, User Access Management, Audits preparation.

Good organizational skills, ability to manage autonomously priorities and to report actively on progress & status.

General knowledge on ERP architectures and integration/interface technologies (qRFC, …).

Minimum 6 years of relevant Canadian and international tax experience

Experience in the insurance industry or in banking taxation

Strong analytical and synthesis skills

Knowledge of CCH IntelliConnect or Taxnet Pro software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting

Valid CPA designation or CICA advanced tax course or Master's degree in taxation
