Location: Toronto or Montreal

Salary Range: CAD 90,000 to CAD 100,000 per annum

Job Requirements:

o Min 10 plus years experienced.

o Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or a similar role, with a strong background in software testing.

o Good Stakeholder management, Team management, Customer handling, Risk mitigation, and Senior Management reporting

o Familiarity with Jira and dashboard creation, enabling efficient test management and defect tracking.

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex user stories and identify potential issues.

o Strong knowledge of various testing techniques and best practices.

o Proficiency in creating comprehensive detailed reports.

o Understanding of APIs, UI testing, regression testing, and functional testing.

o Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively participate in Scrum calls and collaborate with team members.

o Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

o Nice to have: Prior experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
