Vp, Global Head Of Client Solutions Group

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manages Exiger’s Global Client Solutions team based in Canada, New York, Australia & London.
• Responsible for globally determining Exiger’s Client Solutions team strategy for Exiger in Vancouver, New York, Australia & London, including go-to-market strategy, company objectives, company policies, hiring and resource planning, financial oversight and planning, and management.
• Oversight of company’s learning and development plan for mid-level and junior level staff in Canada, New York, Australia & London for the Client Solutions team and in Canada for the overall Exiger business in country.
• Overall responsibility for company growth both organically and in-organically via acquisition in Asia Pacific.
• Co-Manages Exiger’s Asia Pacific business and teams in Vancouver, Sydney, Singapore & Hong Kong.
• Oversight and approval of hiring across Exiger’s Asia Pacific business for Exiger as a company, and globally for Exiger’s Client Solutions team.
• Manages Exiger’s business and team in Vancouver and Sydney.
• Responsible for assessing company’s progress against specified objectives and re-calibrating company strategy and policies as required to meet overall strategic objectives.
• Responsible for determining overall company strategy for Exiger in Canada, including go-to- market strategy, company objectives, company policies, hiring and resource planning, financial oversight and planning, and management.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years of relevant experience
