THE POSITION
As a Trades Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the Natural Resources industry. Your primary focus will be on proactively engaging with a wide range of candidates, introducing them to exciting new opportunities, and showcasing the value of our services to clients. By combining your sales acumen with recruitment experience, you will contribute to the overall success of our team and help individuals make lasting advancements in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
· Utilize sales strategies and techniques to actively source both passive and active candidates, effectively promoting the unique opportunities we offer.
· Conduct interviews and qualification assessments to identify top-tier candidates who align with client requirements.
· Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their business needs and presenting carefully selected candidates that meet their hiring objectives.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their career journey and fostering long-term partnerships.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your sales skills to expand our client base and contribute to revenue growth.
· Creating compelling job postings and leverage marketing tactics to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
Qualifications:
§ Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
§ Strong business development and client management skills, with the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
§ Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous.
§ Goal-oriented mindset, combined with ambition, drive, and a competitive nature to achieve personal and team success.
§ Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services to both candidates and clients.
§ Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
