Job Description

Are you a foodie who loves riding bikes? Have a passion for people and being outdoors? Food Bike Tour LTD. has a position for YOU! We are looking for enthusiastic Tour Motivators to join our team this summer in Calgary, Edmonton, Canmore, and Kelowna!


Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Tour Motivator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive environment during tours.
  • Overseeing all tour activities.
  • Assist with other role-relevant tasks as they arise.
  • Assisting clients with their tour experience.
  • Answering clients’ questions while maintaining a positive, uplifting attitude.
  • Coordinating with leadership to adhere to tour guidelines, schedules, and requirements.
  • Ensuring that clients’ are adhering with tour guidelines, schedules, and requirements.
  • Taking our clients on tours to our restaurant and festival partners.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are addressed during the tour.


Qualifications

  • Certification of some kind is preferred, though not necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the city / area.
