Purpose of the job :

The primary function of this position is to select and hire personnel for a wide variety of positions within the company, as well as provide support to the Human Resources team.

Key Accountabilities :

• Partners with Senior Leadership and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies for the most efficient, effective, and timely talent acquisition
• Leads and facilitates New Employee Orientation
• Partners with Regional and Global Talent Acquisition teams on different projects
• Guide and/or assist managers in the different hiring stages, such as requirements analyses, position descriptions, tests, selection, reference verification, security screening and others where needed
• Conducts thorough and in-depth interviews with a high focus on potential and projection on future opportunities for the candidate
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Management
• Leads the recruitment process from sourcing to offer for varying positions under Jubilant HollisterStier and Jubilant DraxImage divisions

Experience :

Human Resources BSc., Industrial Relations BSc., or related field

4+ years of progressive full lifecycle hands-on recruitment experience

Exceptional experience leverage global ATS systems, Social Media and Candidate Database platforms
