Systems Analyst Jobs

About The Position

Currently, we are looking for an eager Systems Analyst for our Corporate IT team, based in Burnaby.

The Technical Systems Analyst will function in a multi-faceted role, enterprise application configuration, development, technical troubleshooting, testing and enterprise application administration/support.

Systems Analyst Duties And Responsibilities

• ERP (JD Edwards) configuration, development and technical troubleshooting
• Working collaboratively with the IT team to manage stakeholder requests
• ERP training for IT team and Houle end users
• Other Application development, testing and support as needed
• Procore development integration to ERP and other systems
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, development, and support
• Regularly update knowledge base and change mgmt. system, as well as document all necessary actions
• Customize and build reports
• Microsoft SharePoint on premise configuration, development, and support

Houle enterprise applications include JDE Enterprise One, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint, Procore, and NetHelpdesk software.

System Analyst Experience And Skills

• Ability to solve problems and use sound judgment for decision making
• Other professional IT designations/affiliations considered an asset
• 5+ years of hands on experience using Microsoft development stack
• 7+ years of JDE EnterpriseOne experience configuring, troubleshooting and implementing
• Degree in Computer Science or other relevant education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• 5+ years of hands on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint on prem SQL Server experience
• The ability to foster positive productive professional relationships, with customer service approach
