We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Project Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. As a Student Project Coordinator at Vidura, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.

- Assist in creating project plans, including task breakdowns, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.

- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.

- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

- Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.

- Conduct research and gather information to contribute to project decision-making.

- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.

- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software is an asset.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge or interest in AI generation systems is a plus.
